Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lomond Golf Company, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please email us at info@lomondgolf.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to offer exchanges where stock is available. Please contact info@lomondgolf.com to arrange this. Once we receive your original item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a brief description. We’ll prioritise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Socks or underwear (if opened)

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
